6月25日，沈阳市金融信息产业技术研究院揭牌暨东北大学-麟龙科技战略合作签约仪在沈阳麟龙公司举行。辽宁省人民政府副省长王明玉，中国工程院院士、东北大学校长冯夏庭，辽宁省人民政府副秘书长佟昭，省科技厅党组书记、厅长王力威，沈阳市人民政府副市长单义，以及来自科技和金融行业的专家学者等出席了揭牌仪式。
沈阳市金融信息产业技术研究院是由麟龙公司牵头、东北大学提供人才和技术支撑，新注册的独立法人治理机构的新型研发机构，注册资金预计达1亿元。该产研院的建设是我省探索建设创新型联合体、深化产学研合作的重要实践。未来5年，计划投入4亿元将产研院建设成为机制完善、体系健全、技术领先、运营高效的国内一流创新联合体。
产研院深入推动人工智能与金融结合，面向金融大数据分析和人工智能应用等领域，通过明确的利益连接机制将企业资金优势与高校院所技术人才优势紧密结合，并以开放的机制和灵活的合作方式吸引行业内优秀上下游企业共同参与。
下一步，省科技厅将从开展“揭榜挂帅”科研攻关、“带土移植”引进人才团队等方面持续支持产研院建设，帮助产研院吸引人才团队和社会资本，构建形成基于金融信息服务产业技术研究和应用研究两个协同创新体系，为辽宁科技金融信息服务业创新发展提供有力科技支撑。
